In June 2008 CBJ sp. z o.o. received the title of Reliable Employer of Lower Silesia 2007, awarded by the Media Partner Group from Katowice.
The HR policy of CBJ sp. z o.o. involves ensuring a level of employee qualifications and motivation that will permit implementation of the strategy adopted by the Company. Dynamic development, accreditation of new test methods, diversification of services provided by the Company – all that requires that employee education, qualifications and skills be well-defined and properly connected with the directions of developmental projects.
One of the main objectives of the HR policy is to develop staff and find employees with high qualifications in such fields as: chemistry, biotechnology, environmental protection and related areas.
