“Głogów” Quality Testing Division (WBJ-1)
The “Głogów” Quality Testing Division (WBJ-1) is located on the premises of the “Głogów” Copper Smelter.
It performs:
- tests of quality of the technological process of copper production in the “Głogów” Copper Smelter – copper concentrates, briquette, slag and smelting dusts, copper matte, anode slime, fire- refined copper and copper refined in an electrolytic process, raw lead, nickel sulphate, sulphuric acid, coke, hard bituminous coal and brown coal, sulphite lye, and other,
- tests of quality of the technological process of noble metals,
- measurement and analytical works in the field of natural environment protection,
- tests and measurements of factors at workstations that are harmful to health,
- biomass tests,
- analyses of solid fuel,
- waste tests.
